COVID-19 Pulse Survey, Part 3

Update on Employer COVID-Related Decisions

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, businesses throughout the United States are reopening and slowly bringing employees back into the workplace. The journey back, however, varies by several factors, including company size, industry and, in some cases, region.

This third edition of the Alera Group COVID-19 Employer Pulse Survey explores the pandemic’s ongoing impact and offers insights into how employers are navigating employee health, benefits and human resources issues during this continually uncertain time.

The survey was conducted online from October 18 to November 4, 2021, and reflects the input of 790 employers across various sizes, industries and regions.
