Prize Drawing Rules & Disclaimer

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada, you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the drawing constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules. DRAWING PERIOD:  Any person who completes an Alera Wellbeing Fair event survey will be entered into the drawing. Surveys will be accepted from June 7th, 2022 to June 14th, 2022 (the “Drawing Period”). Winners will be selected on June 15th, 2022 from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Drawing Period.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Drawing Period, each participant may submit one entry only.
